Cop riding motorcycle dies in crash with lorry

A police officer perished after being involved in an accident along Jalan Subang Kelana, from USJ 8 towards Kelana Jaya, early today.

Subang Jaya police district chief Assistant Commissioner Yahaya Ramli said the victim, 27, was riding his motorcycle when it collided with a lorry.

“The lorry driver fled the scene while the victim died at the scene of the crime due to head trauma.

He said the victim’s body was brought to the University Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC) for a post-mortem.

Those who have information about the incident is urged to drop by the nearest police station.
