Justo to sue Edge Media owner, CEO in S’pore
BANGKOK: Swiss national Xavier Andre Justo, now serving a three-year jail term here for trying to blackmail his former employer Petro Saudi International , is to sue the owner of the Edge Media Group and its top executive as well as the founder of Sarawak Report in the High Court in Singapore.
He said the lawsuit was brought to Singapore as the data, which Justo had stolen from PSI, was handed to them there.
Justo had admitted to stealing 90 gigabytes of data, including emails and documents, from PSI as part of an attempted blackmail.

End of China's one-child policy unlikely to boost economy: analysts

Its not clear what kind of capabilities the Swatch Bellamy will have since it cant connect to the Internet, but we do know that it be able to make mobile payments through a near field communications chip.
Swatch was able to cut a deal with Bank of Communications Co., which means that customers will be able to make payments in stores that have China Union Pay Cos point-of-sale machines.
However, the Swatch Bellamy wont have nearly the same capabilities since its not a connected device.
Swatch feels that by not connecting the Bellamy to the Internet, consumer data will be protected.

“Nanti bukan tambang tol yang naik, rakyat yang ‘naik’ hantu nanti. Kita tahu ada perjanjian konsesi, tetapi kerajaan tetap perlu campur tangan,” katanya selepas membuat laporan polis berhubung kenaikan tol yang diumumkan kelmarin dan semalam, di Ibu Pejabat Polis Daerah Dang Wangi, pagi tadi.
Situasi sekarang cukup membebankan rakyat dengan perlaksaan GST dan juga kenaikan harga barangan sesuai dengan kejatuhan nilai ringgit berbanding USD dolar.
“Rakyat akan menjadi semakin tertekan dengan bebanan lain yang semakin meningkat. Jangan bebankan rakyat lagi, tiada sebab untuk naikkan kadar tol. Jangan sampai rakyat memberontak pasal tol.
“Kerajaan sepatutnya campur tangan dalam hal ini, harga tol tidak boleh dinaikan sesuka hati. Malaysia sepatutnya tidak perlu mengenakan sistem tol ini lagi, hapuskan terus sahaja,” katanya.
Beliau juga memberit tahu kenaikan kadar berkenaan adalah sangat tidak relevan kerana pengurusan tol masih dilihat tidak terurus sehingga menyebabkan kesesakan lalu lintas terutama di lebuhraya-lebuhraya utama.
“Hari-hari lebuhraya penuh dengan kenderaan, jadi kenapa perlu naikkan harga tol lagi, kerajaan sepatutnya menangani masalah pengurusan tol yang semakin tidak terurus sehingga sesak lalu lintas.
“Tol di Malaysia ini tumbuh bagaikan cendawan, kiri kanan ada tol, dan bila harga tol dinaikkan lagi rakyat akan marah walaupun naik 10 sen sahaja," katanya yang turut membuat laporan mengenai ubat demam yang mengandungi alkohol.
